I further realize and accept that manuscript judging is subjective by nature. Accordingly, I shall accept and abide by the decisions of any contest judge and/or contest officials regarding finalists or winners for the contest. I agree that I shall hold harmless Central Florida Romance Writers, its contest personnel, and its judges for any and all disputes arising from my participation in the Touch of Magic Contest or any other matters arising from circumstances beyond the control of the contest officials. I further understand that if I am disqualified because I do not comply with any of the contest rules, my entry will not be judged, no score or score sheets will be forwarded to me, and I will forfeit the entry fee.
