Miss Lydia Grenville finds solace
sketching in the woods. That is, until a handsome-but-ruffled gentleman
of obscure background grows fond of the forest, too. Now, if Lydia can
look up from her art long enough to notice, there just might be a

Louise Bergin
attended St. Mary's College in South Bend, Indiana where she studied
fencing (the sport with the swords,) fancying some day she might write a
historical novel. She also earned her accounting degree, married an Air
Force officer, and had two sons and a daughter. Currently the president
of the Land of Enchantment Romance Authors (the New Mexico chapter,) she
loves to talk about writing, her children, and soccer. She is most
grateful to the Air Force movers who taught her that you really only
have to clean your house once every three and half years. This leaves
her more time to write the next eagerly anticipated book.
